HIITSTEP
Class Length: 30 minutes
HIITSTEP is the multi-award winning HIIT workout designed to provide you with the greatest results in the shortest amount of time to the greatest beats. The instructors will really push you to work hard, the workout is challenging but also fun at the same time

ABS BLAST
Class Length: 15 minutes
This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles. Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This includes twisting, crunches, planks, among other core exercises. Strong core muscle helps us to carry on with our daily physical routines without back pain or injuries.

Class Length: 30 minutes & Powerbike + 45 minutes

Boogie Bounce
Class Length: 45 minutes
Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The program consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums, and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!

HIITBOX
Class Length: 45 minutes
uses a system of work-hard-then-recovery intervals, alternating between high-intensity workouts with short resting periods. This combines a mixture of Boxing maneuverers using a range of techniques with the pads and gloves and bodyweight to help maximize fat burn, toning, and endurance.

Class Length: 45 minutes / 30 minutes
uses a system of work-hard-then-recovery intervals, alternating between high-intensity workouts with short resting periods. This combines a mixture of circuit training using a range of equipment, free weights, and bodyweight to help maximize fat burn, toning, and endurance.

HIIT Strength & Burn
Class Length: 45 minutes / 30 minutes
BURN takes all the best things of a HIIT workout and presses down on the pedal with the added challenge of FREE WEIGHTS. Each exercise combined with weights, gives you that extra resistance, extra challenge for that extra burn. Go hard and intense, recover quick and get right back into it.
