HIITSTEP is the multi-award winning HIIT workout designed to provide you with the greatest results in the shortest amount of time to the greatest beats. The instructors will really push you to work hard, the workout is challenging but also fun at the same time

FATBURN EXTREME

Class Length: 20 minutes

 

Fatburn Extreme is a new concept in instructor led fitness training and weight loss exercising. The first of its kind, it is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities.

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The program consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums, and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!

BURN takes all the best things of a HIIT workout and presses down on the pedal with the added challenge of FREE WEIGHTS. A typical Metafit class combines old-school bodyweight exercises with high-intensity interval training. Think push-ups, squats, planks, burpees, plyometric lunges, and squat jumps. Metafit workouts also use variations on standard bodyweight movements.
