This is why we provide you with varied, wholesome meal plans suitable for the whole family as well as the freedom to choose which 3 classes to attend each week, if not more! We’ll provide you with the structure and support to keep you on track to give you the kickstart you need. Our trainers work with you to understand your goals and provide you with a realistic target to get you where you want to be.

If you have 14lb or more to lose or you want to lose inches or tone up, we can help – but are you ready to make the commitment and ‘face the fat?’ Our trainers are qualified to give you the right support & guidance, weekly weigh-ins and catch-ups to keep you motivated. Alongside the 28 days of delicious recipes we have devised to keep you fueled while you train, you will have the freedom to access all 30 plus classes when you can so that there is no hindering family or work lifestyle. All classes are adaptable to any level of fitness.
